Directory File Monitor
This program is installed on the computer where you keep your client data files. The setup program will install a service called DirFileMonitor and also a DirFileConsole application. This program is used by the File Sync program.
File Sync
File Sync enables you to automatically upload client files that have changed on your local workstation to the RMS Web service. This program gives you the ability to secure client files and folders.
Timecard
If you have remote or even local staff and you want to create bills for them in quickbooks this form in the RMS Service does this. You can have hourly employees (1099) or salaried staff (W2). This can also create bils for customers based on staff hours.
Label
Print an unlimited number of labels and choose from a wide variety of pre-designed professional business templates. You can create targeted mailing lists.
Scan
Convert paper to PDF Files with OCR and vector markup. Scan bills to quick books. Scan to a sharepoint server or Microsoft Office Documents. Scan to the Storage Service. You can encrypt your documents with AES 256 bit encryption or Adobe encryption.
Stamp
Build custom stamps and apply to any PDF document or choose all the PDF documents in multiple directories. You can pick a folder with many sub folders and Bates Stamp all the documents at once. Perfect for submitting to the court.
