Q. How do I reinstall the LABEL OCX control?

1.) Logon to the workstation as the administrator

2.) In the directory c:\Program Files\Alabel you will find the file APOCXFormProj1.ocx.

3.) Start a dos cmd prompt and type regsvr32 /u APOCXFormProj1.ocx

4.) Then type regsvr32 APOCXFormProj1.ocx

Q. Do I have to put my template files in the Alabel directory?

You can put your template files in any disk directory. We suggest that you create a Templates subdirectory under the Alabel directory and then create subfolders for your different categories. Note there are 3 files for a template. Once you give a name the software appends Template, MappingIDs and SheetSpec if you checked Save the Design Keyname. If you use any Bitmap files on your template they must be stored in the same directory.

Q. In the record management portal I deleted all the labels I was going to print?

1.) Click on the tools button (hammer).

2.) Click the type of label (box, folder, microfilm, electronic)

3.) Pick the Storage Location, Select the Key name and then put in the number and click add

4.) You can Print all or use the mouse and ctrl key and select the ones you want and then click Print selected.

5.) Don't forget to use the Remove button after you print your labels.
