Mobile Inventory Scanning

When the package arrives all the coding information gets updated for the customer or vendor location. You can handle a drop ship and have all the items on an invoice get moved to the Ship To location.
Document Scanning

We support several hundred paper image scanners. You can convert hard to read handwritten color invoices into searchabel PDF. Have you ever wanted to markup a document and send to a customer.

With documents you want the ability to choose where they go. Sometimes you want your documents stored on the local network. You can choose to store the documents on your cloud server so that your mobile workforce has access. Sometimes you want to put a document on a Sharepoint Portal for you internal sta to use.
Often you want document communication between your company and your customers. You want a portal where they can see the work you publish for them. Your customers want to give you les without having to worry about email limitations or security. You can publish all designated les for publishing with one click. Security is a mjaor concern and RCO meets with the IRS requirements and has been certi ed by authorized IRS scan organizations for compliance. As an administrator you can determine whether individuals have to enter a secure key every time they upload or download a le or just use their login information and have the security done automatically. Your customers can only see their folders and no other folders. When you have company workers in the eld assisting customers they can have private folders that only they can see.
When customers upload fi les to the cloud server you can setup alerts so that the appropriate sta members get an email alert. Group supervisors can also get alerts so that if a team member is sick or on vacation the task can get reassigned to a co-worker for completion. Files are automatically downloaded from the cloud server to the local network server. This allows your staff to keep working on the local server without knowing anything about the cloud server.
