Solves demanding record and image management process problems. Image 2000 was written to work via a browser over your Intranet or Internet and connect to a standard SQL database. Track millions of images and or physical records (boxes, folders and documents). Perform zonal optical character or mark recognition (OCR & OMR). With a Portable Digital Assistant (PDA) mobile operators can perform record management and gather electronic signatures in the field. Several levels of security allow administrators to control access to each record. Images can be converted to text for searching. Meets DOD5015.2 document management and NARA electronic signature standards.
